With LeBron James in the twilight of his career, the NBA community has been speculating about who will take the mantle as the new face of the league.

LeBron’s reign has been marked not only by unparalleled on-court success but also by his cultural impact and marketability. Identifying his successor involves considering a combination of skill, charisma, marketability, and the ability to resonate with fans both domestically and internationally.

Among the most talked-about contenders are Nikola Jokic, Victor Wembanyama, Jayson Tatum, and Anthony Edwards. While each has a compelling case, I believe Anthony Edwards is the most likely candidate to become the face of the NBA, assuming he wins championships.

Here’s why I think Edwards stands out.
